Shipping
Every piece of jewellery is handcrafted, handled, and processed by us.
After placing your order, please expect at least 2-8 days of processing time, which includes handmaking and packaging, followed by 5-8 business days of shipping for India-wide orders and 14-21 days of shipping for international orders.
Refunds/Cancellations
All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has processed and the order is confirmed.
Returns
We make everything by hand and therefore ensure the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship possible. We have a strict no-wastage policy; hence, every purchase is final and returns or refunds of any kind are not possible.
